    Last updated: 26 May 2026

QrScanner ("the app") is operated by aplicative.me…

    1. Data stored on your device

Everything below is kept in app-private storage on your phone:

    • Scanned QR codes — photo (JPEG), payload string, type, optional note and tags.
    • Generated QR codes — PNG image, fields you entered, optional note and tags.
    • Settings — theme, sound/haptics, language, backup frequency (stored via Capacitor Preferences).

None of this leaves your device unless you tap Export, Share or Back up now.

    2. Backups

    • iOS — backups land in your iCloud Drive app container.
    • Android — backups go to Google Drive's app-data folder.

    3. Ads (AdMob)

If you don't purchase "Remove ads", Google's AdMob shows banners…

    4. Crash and error reporting (Sentry)

Crashes and JavaScript errors are forwarded to Sentry…

    5. In-app purchases

    "Remove ads" is a one-time non-consumable purchase…

    6. URL safety

When you scan a URL, the app inspects it locally…

    7. Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)

You can wipe all local data at any time…

    8. Children

    QrScanner is for general audiences…
